Wednesday Morning...

Keeping my Spark alive...heading into tomorrow's weigh-n, I'm feeling solid, I've done a good job this week so far and I'm feeling really great about steeping up my exercise tracking. I've put together 4 days so far, today will be 5 of having multiple exercise sessions each day. Yesterday I squeaked in 5 different exercise sessions, not all the same time...but variety and consistency nonetheless. That was my goal starting this past Saturday to just work on folding in the tracking to help me stay accountable and do more, but also just to string together some consistent exercise days...hoping to build some momentum and work on new habits. So...I'm feeling good about that!

Glucose was 126 this morning, busy day...lots of accounting to do and need to keep hammering hard to try and finish the month strong for our business.
