Thursday Morning...

Doing ok, little bummed that the scale didn't spit out triple 7's( like a slot machine, not my weight)...but it is what it is.

My weight stayed the same this week, I kicked ass folding in all sorts of new exercise sessions into each day multiple times for the last six days in row. I did really well with my nutrition and hydration. So maybe it's just one of those mini stall outs and my body is continuing to adjust.

Either way, I do know everything is changing and I trust the process and I'm sticking with it.

Got one session of cardio in and some sit-ups done this morning...so take that scale!

Anyway, hope everyone stays warm in Wisconsin today. It's a chilly one!

    There are going to be fluctuations -- not a steady downward arrow -- for me it has been up one week, down the next. Overall, you will lose weight if you stick with it. That is what I am telling myself too! Take care, take it a day at a time, have a good one. Kathleen

    My guess is you are building muscle my friend which does weight more...on the the plus side, when you build muscle, you are building your metabolism as well! Progress right?
