Rallying into the the end of this month...
This will be my 8th day of consecutive multiple cardio sessions. Tomorrow Sunday, I take that day off to rest and heal.
My dear wife whipped a new healthy recipe last night - calzones(356 calories for a whole calzone - I had about 3/4, 17 fats, 22.3 carbs, 15.6 protrein) loaded with lean proteins, fat free cheeses...light whole grain crust...they were awesome! Long week, so I got a little treat from her too...sugar free pistachio pudding on graham cracker crust(90 calories, 1.5 fat, 18.5 carbs, 0 protein - 1 slice)
I need to hammer out some work this morning and get my cardio sessions in then we are going to try and get our Wii Fit hooked up and mess around with that a little.
Tonight...broiled ocean perch(it was on sale) with some long grain rice and broccoli
The new story I mentioned last week will be tentatively airing this coming thursday @6pm on the local cbs station here in Madison, WI WISC CHANNEL 3
So I'm pretty nervous about it all being put out there, especially my weight...but I'm trusting the process and I know that it would be good for me to keep working through all the shame I feel about myself...so I'm hoping this news story about me helps with that.
