Hello Everyone....

It's been a long time since i blogged but my chores have been getting in the way. Don't worry, I haven't fallen off the wagon. Actually my eating has been superb and 30 day shred has been wonderful. Granted, I've only loss 0.5 lbs but i am thinking of taking my weight loss ticker off. I don't care so much about losing weight as I really want to build muscle. I took this month to rest my body so that I can start to change it. On Monday, I'll be stepping it up because I feel good and ready to push myself just a little bit harder.
I am excited about Jillian Michael's getting a new show on NBC where she stays with a familly and helps them get healthy. It's supposed to show her softer side. Anyway, I want to increase my protein but don't really know how to do that safely.
Does anyone have any suggestions; I'm not a vegetarian, i just need quantities of what i should be eating . Good wholesome protein please...
