Alright guys.... this is it. I am finished with teams that have weekly weigh ins for now. i love the community but I can't weigh in every week. I weighed myself this am as I was at 129.5. I will not weigh in again until March 1. I really want to build muscle and i know that will probably increase my weight in a good way, but I think that if I give it my all this month I should see some real changes and then I wont care so much about the numbers.
My eating program is to eat clean... that won't be much of a stretch but I am going to really concentrate on lean protein and having proper balances of carbs proteins and fats at every meal.
I am doing 30 day shred but level three this month with a twist. I know I said that I hated insanity but I really like the warm up and stretch part so I will do insanity warm up and stretch and then finish up my workout with level 3 30 day shred. I am really excited about the changes that I am going to see!
