Wednesday Morning...

Running behind today....still just struggling to feel better. Too much on my plate to completely rest, but I'm definitely not running on all 8 again today.


Not going to do a weigh-in tomorrow, just not feeling great this week, sick and stressed out. I have so much on my plate right now and the added anxiery about this tv news story tomorrow...I'm just giving myself permission to not worry about the scale this week.

I'm just feeling overwhelmed and trying my best to make the healthy choices I need to. We'll see, maybe I'll weigh-in. But when I skipped my weigh-in on xmas day if felt like a good move then too, just looking to feel better right now and get through this tough financial time and gapping out the weigh-in for another week seems ok??

    Be good to yourself and only do what you feel is necessary...including missing the scale if you want...Break a leg tomorrow...and enjoy the limelight and all the support that will come with it!

    You know, the scale is a tool to help us measure our progress but it's not the only tool in our shed. Give yourself permission to skip it and make yourself a deal to drink all your water or stay w/i you calorie range. Just be sure you do something proactive so you don't beat yourself up over not "behaving" and skipping the scale. You are living your life and that doesn't need to be by the scale all the time. By the way do you know which news time your story is going to be on? I'm looking forward to one of our own being a celebrity. I saw the add but I was so digging your tie-dye that I missed the time. emoticon

    Have a great day and take a couple deep breaths, find a place in your house where the sun is shinning in and take a few minutes to just relax and enjoy a moment.
