So one of my goals is to weigh less than my husband. We started out weighing almost the same with me 10 pounds more. I lose 8 pounds, he loses 5! I can't win.
But, the good news is he is very supportive. He's eating all the meals I cook and tonight when I didn't feel like cooking, he made me a tasy 433 calorie chicken dinner. I think I'll keep him.
It's the middle of week 3 and I'm staying on the program. This is the first day I'm starting to feel hungry. Probably because I didn't drink enough water and ate too many calories at breakfast.
But all in all, I feel better. My mood is more upbeat, I have more energy and I feel better about myself since I'm doing something about my weight.
On Friday I've got a check-up and I'm anxious to here my doctor thinks of Spark!
