Feeling Good

So one of my goals is to weigh less than my husband. We started out weighing almost the same with me 10 pounds more. I lose 8 pounds, he loses 5! I can't win.
But, the good news is he is very supportive. He's eating all the meals I cook and tonight when I didn't feel like cooking, he made me a tasy 433 calorie chicken dinner. I think I'll keep him.
It's the middle of week 3 and I'm staying on the program. This is the first day I'm starting to feel hungry. Probably because I didn't drink enough water and ate too many calories at breakfast.

But all in all, I feel better. My mood is more upbeat, I have more energy and I feel better about myself since I'm doing something about my weight.
On Friday I've got a check-up and I'm anxious to here my doctor thinks of Spark!

    Most of the doctors I know support Spark whole heartedly. Several of them point to me and tell them to check it out.

    Good job on sticking with your plan. I'm sure you'll eventually reach your goal.
    I finally got lighter than my hubby too--just a couple of weeks ago!
