Bad Day/Good Day

Tuesday, February 09, 2010

Well, this has been a very weird day. First, I worked from home all morning and my husband came home early and took me out to lunch. That was a really good thing since I have been in the house since Friday due to the weather/snow.

Now, for the bad...I lost my work blackberry while at lunch. I was checking my work emails and thought I had slipped it into my bag and it must have slipped on the bench seat I was sitting on. Needless to say, I went to charge it tonight and couldn't find it, had a huge panic about it and realized that I could call the number. Well...it's ringing busy. So I had to email some people at corporate late tonight to let them know it's lost and have it deactivated ASAP. I just realized it at 10:30 when I went to charge it.

I feel really bad about it and called the restaurant and of course, they will look for it but I think it grew legs and walked off somewhere.

And..of course it's snowing again. We are to get another 6-10 inches on top of the 30 some we just got. Now we have to worry about the snow weight on the roof. Also we are to get some terrific wind with this. I am hoping it won't materialize at all or just be a little snow.

It's going to get better. Thursday through the weekend is suppose to be cold but clear.

Well - thanks for reading. I promise to have a smile on my face soon.

Yikes one thing seems to pile on to the next. I have been hearing about the fantastic snow storms all over the place.

So sorry to read about your lost Blackberry. They can be so useful and then such a complication when they are lost.

Keep us up to date on how the rest of the week progresses...
