Good Morning Fellow Sparkers!
My glucose was a bit high this morning @147...not sure why, yesterday was a another good day for nutrition. Had my normal breakfast, healthy lunch and great home made asian chicken salad. I've been having 1 scoop of Isopure Zero Carb protein powder with water for a snack mid after-noon lately to try and make sure to get my calories in....either way I'm feeling good about my food this week, hopefully my weigh-in tomorrow nets me a little action!
Figured out I could just fling one of my resistance bands over my head behind me and use the back of my desk chair to hold it while I do arm/chest press sets and tricep extensions...all by myself. I wasn't sure, so I was glad to find that out...makes it easier to fold in another exercise that I can do without my trainer or my wife.
When I get my cardio in right away in the morning, it makes it more fun the rest of the day to see what else I can do to up the intensity of my exercise for the day.
I've noticed this week, for the last 3-4 days by the evening I tend to feel a little anxious, self-doubt and get these waves of worry...I'm looking at it and trying to identify my feelings as they come to see what could be bringing this on....
I'm going to keep rockin' my spark today!
