Tasks for February

Eek! I was putting off writing this month's blog for a day or 2 or 10?! February is going by fast! Here's the results of last month's tasks:
January Tasks
1. Food: Eat more quinoa
2. Exercise: Restart Jogging (yeah that's right, jogging in the middle of the winter)
3. Well Being: Try out meditation

aaand the thing is, I stopped journaling (where I keep track of these things with nice little check marks) like a week and a half into January, so... I think I'll be rolling these guys over into the next month!

February Tasks
1 Food: Eat more quinoa, aka cook some of that giant bag you bought from the bulk section of the grocery store!
subtask: buy a nice canister, it will be easier to store on the counter that way
2 Exercise: Jogging, I have purchased a locker at my school's gym so now it's easy for me to do this or another cardio machine inside.
3 Well Being: Meditation, I did it once and then forgot about it! Oops!
subtask: get a reminder out there somewhere, bathroom mirror maybe.

I figure first 2 weeks of Jan+second 2 weeks of Feb= one whole month so it all evens out in my head.
