Good Morning!

Weigh-in...lost 4 pounds, so 85 lost since starting with SP 9/18/2009 & 132 lost total since Jan. 2009

Busy day, lots of work and people coming in and out...got up early and took my time. I have a session with my trainer in a little bit, so I'm stoked for that. I've put a nice routine together this week, so far 6 days straight of getting my sit-ups and walking cardio in early in the a.m., and then I've been able to add additional little workout sessions around the noon hour. All in all, I'm accepting that this process will take time and I'm looking at what can I do today instead of looking too far down the road and getting freaked out...

My arms are killing me today...my forearms from yesterday's dumbell curls(25lb 15 reps/3 sets)...typing is hard, crazy.

Looking forward to watching Survivor tonight...I enjoy that show!
We have an Amaryllis that is getting ready to bloom...one of the two blossoms is about to open...each day a little bit more you can see the beautiful red coming through. Much like this getting healthy & losing weight process...subtle and not always easy to see...but nonetheless fantastic changes!

Have a really Smooth Thursday! emoticon

I love your attitude and perspective. Also I am glad that you can see the daily progress. I can just imagine that Amaryllis. My mother had one when I was a child.
    Have a great day!

You have a GOOD day, too! I have a date with my elliptical this morning, so I'm off to do that and then head to work for a LONG day there. Congrats on the loss this week! emoticon
