I have a new idea today!
I have been trying for weeks to get back on track. Ten pounds has slowly crept back on since the summer. But I can't seem to get motivated..I've gotten into the "loose" mindset--where i'm not watching my food, picking, tasting..it all adds up (to 10 lbs!)
So, here's the new idea...I tracked the food I'm going to eat for today..recorded it..then printed it out! So I can keep accountable to my print out--and cross the foods off as I eat them...What do you think? This kind of thing works well with me, I'm very "list-oriented"
Oh, well...I will try it today--see how it goes--I need to feel back in control...this will help...today!
