I've eaten so far...

I didn't feel like messing with the food and nutrition tracker but I still want to keep track of what I'm eating. I just didn't feel like looking things up. So here's breakfast:

one slice of multi-grain toast with Smart Balance
one large egg beaten with about a tablespoon of heavy whipping cream mixed with sauteed onions, and red and green peppers
3 sausage links
one small cup of coffee with about a tablespoon of flavored creamer (am about to make it 2 cups...)
1/2 grapefruit

Okay, see you at lunch!

um, yeah, I forgot to come back for lunch and dinner.....

    Sounds like a delicious meal. I love smart balance. Love chopped up peppers and onions (sausage too) in an egg scramble or omelet. I hope you are doing well. I'm back on the wagon, having regained the weight I lost last year :(.

    i hate the nutrition tracker sometimes. i don't eat the same things over and over and sometimes i add and subtract stuff from a recipe so i know it is never accurate. sometimes i just write things down and try to go back later to update the tracker. never thought about blogging my food. i'll keep this in mind. i hope all is well.

    I get like that too.. Can I give you my 2 cents?? If your anything like me, I wouldn't "not" track your food for too long. I got bored of tracking my food and I thought, "Aw, I know how many calories I am eating" and I gained back my weight. It just slowly crept up on me and it's even harder to get rid of it this time..

    I wish you luck with what ever you decide to do..
