My glucose was @116 this morning. Got my morning sit-ups and cardio in already...now it's a day of rest, no additional strength training or extra cardio...just a few hours of work and then some lazy down time...maybe a little hockey fun...circa 1980 hopefully!
Yesterday was tough, having done a ton of squats on Friday, and then Legs session on Saturday....I'm glad it's Sunday and a day off.
I'm feeling really good about the progress I've made for February and I've got a specific plan heading into March....my nutrition ranges are set, my exercise schedule is locked in and I'm just going to keep connecting the dots...I'm shooting for atleast 6 pounds lost by next Friday that would get me to 100 pounds lost since starting w/SP on Sept. 18th...and then I'm just gonna start over and bang out another 100 pounds...one at a time!
