Monday morning....March, it's gonna start warming up soon!
My glucose was @107 this morning!
I had a pretty decent weekend, some work and some down time. I'm going to get crackin' and do my early morning sit-ups and walkinghere pretty quick, later this morning I have Chest & Arms for strength training & then I'll do another set of walking laps tonight after dinner.
I'm a little concerned about my right knee...a few really sharp pains yesterday...I'm going to watch it and probably hold off on doing any squats for a day or so to see how it feels....I cannot afford an injury at this point.
Watching the hockey game was really exciting yesterday...almost
I have a plan in place and specific goal for this coming week...I just have to connect the dots and do my best.
Oh yeah...I forgot I was going to mention these cool things my wife made for Sunday lunch...Bananna pancakes...but no flour, using the banana mushed up for texture and binding, whipped w/egg whites, a little splenda and cinnamon, a little skim milk....served hot, plain w/ a few fresh strawberries....Dude...they were awesome! Calories 85, Fats 2.1, Carbs 12, Proteins 3.3 for 2
Really good if you miss having pancakes!
