Back on track

Well I'm finally getting back on track with eating right and exercising again. I started out in january and hit it hard. I think too hard, because then I burnt out real quick. I think I did too much to start out and I lost my motivation big time! I'm finally starting to get it back but making sure I don't do too much at once because I definitely don't want to do that again! I think what finally got me motivated again was seeing the scale go up. I finally got annoyed enough with myself to get me moving in the right direction again. This is a learning process and I'm getting there but I know there's still some things that need to be worked on. I will reach my goals though. I'm determined about that!

    Oh girl, this happens to everyone. I frequently get this mindset that if I don't burn 500 calories in a workout, it's not worth it. Well, duh, that's just not something that I can keep up with so whenever I get into that thought process, I inevitably get burned out. Good for you for coming back and recognizing that positive changes can take place without going crazy!

    I did the same thing. I started out Janurary 12th and really went at it strong. I got really sick in the beginning of February and just ended stopping all of it. Good for you on getting back on track. Today is my first day back in a while also!!! You can do it and it does take practice.

    Slow and easy gets it done. One step at a time. You can do this and do it in a reasonable time frame.
