Back on track

Well I'm finally getting back on track with eating right and exercising again. I started out in january and hit it hard. I think too hard, because then I burnt out real quick. I think I did too much to start out and I lost my motivation big time! I'm finally starting to get it back but making sure I don't do too much at once because I definitely don't want to do that again! I think what finally got me motivated again was seeing the scale go up. I finally got annoyed enough with myself to get me moving in the right direction again. This is a learning process and I'm getting there but I know there's still some things that need to be worked on. I will reach my goals though. I'm determined about that!
