Happy So Far,

I just need to say and write how happy and motivated i am about my Life Style Change to lose weight and get healthy. So far on my journey I have lost 18 pounds. It is coming off very slow but doing this healthy is the way to go.I have worked up to 10mins on treadmill and 20mins walking outside after dinner with my sweet, sweet husband. Also have found to get most of my water in everyday. I have also learned that portion control and eating the right amount doesn't have to be punhishment. Also learn that healthy snacks can make a differences. So I take this journey day by day and hope to succeed in that day:)

    That all sounds like a life style that will be forever. I mean, really, when you write it down like that, it sounds kind of easy! It is a lot of mind over matter isn't it?
