1200 - 1550 calories

I finally adjusted my calorie range and it comes out that I should have between 1200 -1550 calories a day. It's somewhat lower then I was at, and I'm hoping this will help kick start my weight loss again!

Today I'm at 1165 calories so far, and with a snack later on (maybe), today has been good!

Cardio and STRENGTH

I think I became too comfortable with my walking - either outside, treadmill or Walk with Leslie DVD. I'd throw in some strength whenever I could or whenever I thought of it. After reading a bit, I've found that maybe I shouldn't be ignoring it too much. For the next while I'm making a conscious effort to making sure I "just do it".


This is still on the bottom of my list...both because of time and because...well...I really don't have anything exciting to say and sometimes I feel like, who'd ever want to read about me. Sometimes I'll type something, and then never even post it. I really have to work on this one!

Don't get me wrong, I love, love, love reading your blogs, in fact I think sometimes one leads to another, then another and you pretty much know what I mean!

Now that I've mentioned a few of the things I'd like to shape up on, I'm hoping it doesn't back fire!

    Helen, I too, would read your blogs. I know I mentioned that before.

    Now for the calorie intake, I've read that if you are exercising a lot, you need to up your food intake/fuel. Sometimes reducing your calories can have the reverse effect-you don't lose. So keep that in mind. emoticon

    Hey, I'll always read your blog!! LOL It is easier for me to get to know everyone through their blogging rather than threads.. hard to catch up on threads when you aren't around the computer for 8+ hours!
    Even if no one ever read your blog you should write them just for you. That is what I usually do -- seriously! Kind of like keeping a journal or diary... just airing your thoughts.
    Or babbling and rambling on like me! ;-)
