Gotta get it crackin' today!
Busy day...lots to do for work. I have a session w/Annette scheduled at 1pm...looking forward to that. Getting a little antsy with this "recovery week" schedule...but I'm feeling rested and not so sore....so more surrendering to win.
I'll have a light lunch before working out...an apple, some chicken veggie soup & a big glass of water and then for dinner we decided on chicken, grilled and cut up over a big salad w/balsamic vinagrette. I'm going to try and fold back in a few protein shakes in between meals today....I let those go for the last week or so.
Not sure about weighing in this coming friday, we'll see...eating more and working out less is more than likely going to equal a gain for me...but in the spirit of balance and taking care of myself, healing up and replenishing...I guess it'll be ok.
