week 2

So I've been watching my calories for almost a week now and I've already lost 3 lbs! I was only aiming for 2, but I don't mind an extra pound! I'm about to start my second week and I'm so excited! My BMI is actually in the overweight section now instead of obese! Joining in on the challenges has been really motivating, too. I can't stand the thought of letting my team down, so I drank more water and now I'm doing push ups every chance I get! Week 2 starts tomorrow and I'm going to do my best to make it as sucessfull as week 1! emoticon

    You are doing an emoticon job. I know you will succeed at making your 5% weight loss and even more by reaching your weight loss goal. Remember you get out what you put into it. That is what I have to continue to say to myself. We have to motivate ourselves along with our family and friends, including sparkfriends, along the way. emoticon emoticon
