So I've been watching my calories for almost a week now and I've already lost 3 lbs! I was only aiming for 2, but I don't mind an extra pound! I'm about to start my second week and I'm so excited! My BMI is actually in the overweight section now instead of obese! Joining in on the challenges has been really motivating, too. I can't stand the thought of letting my team down, so I drank more water and now I'm doing push ups every chance I get! Week 2 starts tomorrow and I'm going to do my best to make it as sucessfull as week 1!
