Monday Morning...

Good Morning!

My glucose came in @ 120 this morning.

Busy morning, working at my desk, strength training chest & arms...but it should be a fairly light day....the rest of the week, not so much atleast until Friday I'm pretty scheduled.

Yesterday Cindy & I did intervals together, which was really cool...good to be exercising together and enjoying new activities as a couple.

I did get my copy of "the Spark" in the mail from Chris on Saturday...got it next to the bed and got started a little that afternoon...I'm looking forward to reading a book from start to finish(I'm not such a big reader), especially one that is geared toward what I'm working on...thanks again Chris!

Today for lunch...an apple, some home-made healthy chili and a big glass of water, I'll have a few protein shakes 3/4 scoop in between meals and tonight we are having home-made taco salads! Everything for today's nutrition is tracked and well within my ranges/goals for this week's parameters.

End of the month, time to rally and close the month strong for business...so I hope everybody has a really Smooth Monday, Ryan

    When I got my copy of THE SPARK, I think I read it in a week...really reinforced some messages and got be back on track when I had been faltering...I keep my copy in my bedroom and pull it out about once a week to skim a few sections...it's a great tool to have!

    Good luck with the crazy week...I've got a few weeks of madness ahead...and I ain't talking about the basketball tourney!

    Hey Ryan! Sounds like you're going to have an excellent day. I like how your trainer has you rest some weeks and really push yourself other weeks. I'm trying to have a really strong week once month... just the kind of week you feel really proud of. Maybe next week will be that week. This week... too much rain. :)

    What brand/flavor protein powder do you prefer? So far I've only liked the Biggest Loser Protein to go packets and the little drinks that are all ready prepared for you. I'd like to find a powder that tastes good in water.
