Hey Hey...what's happenin'

Good Morning!

My glucose came in @96 this a.m. and on the scale for my weekly weigh-in I dropped 9 more pounds...so 106 pounds lost since Sept. 18th and 153 pounds overall total lost since Jan. 2009


I'm feeling good, super glad to be plugging away on this journey and making the changes that I am...

I'm really excited to keep learning and pushing myself w/balance towards continued health and more weight loss. I have a long way to go, but I don't feel like I'm sitting on the shore anymore...I'm in the river and going with the flow.

Today is pretty busy...lots of work at my desk and then I have a scheduled session w/Annette around 1pm for our weekly nutrition huddle, and an Intervals workout.

All of this change and actual progress have me feeling a whole bunch of emotions fairly often...today, I'm just gonna do what I've been doing and connect the dots, follow my meal plan, get my exercise in and enjoy the success I've had so far. So many, many things that I'm grateful for...Cindy(best thing that ever happened in my life was falling in love with her), Annette my trainer(a gift from God She is), my family, all of the wonderful people in my life, SparkPeople...but I'm just so stoked to be hanging in there and sticking to it no matter what, ups and downs are part of life and I'm starting to feel much more comfortable with the ebb & flow of my weight loss journey...Thank you to everyone that has been so supportive and encouraging to me.
