My trainer is Jewish so he won't be able to train me tonight. I asked him to leave me some written instructions so I don't skip it and go home to the couch. btw, my trainer has been changed. I was very unhappy with the original trainer that I was given. Imagine this, almost $500 a month and my first appointment he tried to cancel, then when I called the gym and complained, he came and trained me. Then training session (2) everything was okay until I had some trouble with the weight he put on one of the machines and my eyes welled up with tears. He said, "I don't know what it is like to be overweight, but I am sure it isn't easy. OKAY, I know I am overweight I don't need to hear it from you buddy. Then my 3rd appointment which was at 7, he came to me and changed me to 6:30, poof there goes my 1/2 hour on the treadmill I had planned before my training session. And as soon as he was finished with me, what did he do? He ran off with two of his friends to work out.........um I don't think so. I am paying you idiot and if I don't like you I won't want to come to the gym and train. So I complained to the manager of the gym and this idiot had the nerve to tell me that no one else complains about him. Well guess what, I went over his head and spoke to the gym owner. I asked him a question. I asked him if he liked my money. He said yes and we want to help you. And poof again, My trainer got changed to the one I wanted in the first place. NO ONE WILL STOP ME FROM MY GOALS!!!!!!!!!
