I made a yummy, quick breakfast this morning. I made (2) peices of wheat toast
and spread about 1/4 cup of fat free Ricotta on them. Topped it with a sliced small tomato and
some salt and pepper and.......viola. A very yummy breakfast that was about 290 calories. And I was full after 1 and a 1/2 peices and tossed the other half which also saved some calories. Give it a try it was cheap, yummy and a good choice for breakfast.
