And, two weeks later...

I've taken a vacation, did some soul-recharging things, spent some time outside and did splurge on a few meals. But, with all of that, I still managed to lose 3 pounds. I'd like to think those 3 pounds are gone for good. I'm back home and back on my schedule for the gym. I went to a pilates class last night. Wow, I apparently have no core muscles, so that's an area to work on. The weather is finally improving around here, so I'm getting a good look at my mess of a yard. Today's fitness goal is to get out there and fill up a yard waste bag before having to go to rehearsal tonite. My next scheduled gym activity will be tomorrow or Friday (unless the weather is super nice, then I may just focus on the yard), or at the very least, Saturday morning's kickboxing class.
