Down 1.6 Pounds Apparently Due to Voo Doo

This week I did EVERYTHING wrong. I broke my log-in spark streak. I didn't log in anything on the nutrition tracker. I had sausage and biscuits and gravy twice! I worked forty hours between Sunday and Wednesday and I exercised a total of 35 minutes. (Usually I am between 200 and 250 fitness minutes!) Forget water and veggies. I did drink a lot of coffee and fruit juice.

AND I lost the most weight I have in weeks! 1.6 pounds in one week! Not sure what the message is but I'll take it!

    You know I've had weeks like that.... I'll do EVERYTHING I'm supposed to do & I'll stall & then I'll slip up & have more candy than I should & I lose. Seems like the body likes to keep us guessing emoticon

    I tried and tried and was literally starving myself trying to lose weight and having no luck. I let Sparks tell me what I was doing wrong and they said I wasn't eating enough. I still have some trouble because everyone else is skeptical about whether that is true, but if I don't eat enough I do gain weight. If I eat more, I lose. Maybe you should find out if you have the same problem. After thinking about it, and their analysis, the facts are, while there are some foods I like, for the most part I would be happier if I could forget it. Maybe just drink something like Slimfast shakes. It would just help if others believed what the problem is. Your Friend, Amy

    That was God showing you that even though things looked its worst that there is always something good that can come out of even the worst of times. He was just evening out the playing field since everything looked so bleak....and then a wonderful incentive to keep on doing all the right things. That's my explanation for the crazy way things sometimes happen.....LOL Good luck and keep going!!!

    Great job on the 1.6...the body is a funny thing. Some weeks everything I do is right...and I gain! Then, if I am bad, I will lose!
