Down 1.6 Pounds Apparently Due to Voo Doo

This week I did EVERYTHING wrong. I broke my log-in spark streak. I didn't log in anything on the nutrition tracker. I had sausage and biscuits and gravy twice! I worked forty hours between Sunday and Wednesday and I exercised a total of 35 minutes. (Usually I am between 200 and 250 fitness minutes!) Forget water and veggies. I did drink a lot of coffee and fruit juice.
AND I lost the most weight I have in weeks! 1.6 pounds in one week! Not sure what the message is but I'll take it!
