Hello all... okay most of the major renovations are about done and I'm taking a break to enjoy the progress before going on to the kitchen! It has been a very first 1/3rd of the year for me.
My fitness goals are on track and remain the same... to see my abs by summer. I haven't been pushing as hard because i've been sore from the home renovations but this week after months of being on the fence I finally bought ZUMBA for some cardio excitement. I love it because I don't feel like I'm exercising at all but I am breaking a sweat. I also started p90x for my strength training again because i think nothing will ever make me cut if p90x doesn't. So in a word my body is hurting! It's okay though.
My baby (1yr) has been limping since Saturday and we took her to E.R. and they did x-rays which didn't show a fracture. But she continued to limp so I wanted her pediatrician to se her. She confirmed the limp and referred me to pediatric orthopedics. I called the office and they told me the next available appt with the doc was June 10th! That's crazy, so i found my own and sure enough she has a fracture. They casted it and the moral of the story is you have to be the advocate for your loved ones.
