Focus on Today!!!

Inspired by Pennyan, here is my blog for today!
TODAY I will log everything I eat, keep calories in range, and drink 8 glasses of water.
TODAY I will eat smaller portions, 4-5 servings of fruits and vegetables, eat protein with each meal, and focus on whole grains, nuts and legumes.
TODAY I will walk 45-60 min.
TODAY I will control what I put in my mouth and NOT focus on a weight goal!!
