So, I'm kind of stuck. I did really well for a while, working out just about every day and doing strength training and keeping track of my nutrition for over a month. But, then something happened (maybe the change in my medication? maybe the weather? maybe sun spots?), and I just kind of went pffft.
Not giving up though. I will get back on track. Somehow. Jeez, what a pain. I just need to find one thing I can start with and build from there. I'll get it. Somehow.
