Out of the Blue

Last week I ate tons of fruits and veggies and drank more than 8 8 oz glasses of water per day. I also ate over my calorie range everyday which was designed for somebody working out for 200 minutes a week. I worked out 0 minutes this week. I am suffering from walking pneumonia for the last week or so, therefore, no exercise but I do have a fever of 100 degrees. For the week before that I had very little exercise (35 minutes). Still, I was down 1.4 pounds as of my last weigh-in Friday morning. That is twice as fast as my average weight loss of one pound every ten days.

That is one pound every five days. Very cool!
