Week 6 is coming together

I am feeling great this week and I feel like I am doing much better with food choices. I say that I ate well with a toung in cheek feeling. Yesterday I went to taco bell to get some refried beans since I was in a hurry to get to a meeting. I also talked myslef into a burrito. After eatting my beans I actually told myself that I am enjoying feeling good so much more than what this burrito will make me feel and didn't eat it. yes its wastefull but its better than eatting it and feeling guilty or no feeling at all. I have had a great week of exercise. So far exercised 4 days this week with 2 more left to round out my week. I am hoping that the 4 pounds I gained last week will all be gone and I am back on track to hitting my goal.

Thought for the day: stay focused, stay positive, stay happy.
