Where did it go?!

Over the last few days, I seem to have lost my 'Spark'! I just need to make sure that it is only a temporary loss . . . I need my Spark back!!
I think the moment that it went was on Wednesday when we went to a friends house to celebrate her birthday and I indulged in beer
!! Both of which I know are horrendously high in calories.
I had no intention of continuing the week in this way, and I really don't know why I have. But, I do know (and acknowledge) that I've only myself to blame.
On the upside though, I have being reading 'The Spark'
this morning and had my husband buy me some fitness equipment as an early birthday pressie . . . kettle bells,
a twist board and a pilates resistance band. All I have to do now . . . is use them!!
I just don't know how to get myself back on track . . . maybe I need to literally kick myself into touch?!
Please fellow Sparkers . . . advise me . . . how do I get my Spark back?!
