Where did it go?!

Sunday, May 02, 2010

Over the last few days, I seem to have lost my 'Spark'! I just need to make sure that it is only a temporary loss . . . I need my Spark back!!
I think the moment that it went was on Wednesday when we went to a friends house to celebrate her birthday and I indulged in beer emoticon and pizza emoticon !! Both of which I know are horrendously high in calories.
I had no intention of continuing the week in this way, and I really don't know why I have. But, I do know (and acknowledge) that I've only myself to blame.
On the upside though, I have being reading 'The Spark' emoticon this morning and had my husband buy me some fitness equipment as an early birthday pressie . . . kettle bells, emoticon a twist board and a pilates resistance band. All I have to do now . . . is use them!!
I just don't know how to get myself back on track . . . maybe I need to literally kick myself into touch?!

Please fellow Sparkers . . . advise me . . . how do I get my Spark back?!

emoticon for being whiny!

    Reconnect with the fear/pain/disappointment/abandonmen
t issues that got you to Spark to begin with. You let that all die down once you started this journey and that is what ignites your fire, your passion for change.

Simply put all binging is premeditated. Your fear of change was stronger than your fear FOR change.

Stop take a deep breath and move forward. I started slowly but by the end of the year I was totally off track and am finding it so hard to get back on track. Don't make the same mistakes I did. Spark friends are here to help you, just let us know what you need. emoticon
