I weighed in today over at my website. 2 weeks ago, I lost 3.4lbs. This week!? I GAINED 3.4lbs. So crazy and I don't full understand but I know that I need to tighen up my eating in order to get an awesome result.

    You can do this! Our bodies sometimes trick us. Just keep an eye on calories in and calories out and you will be kickin the weight to the curb!

    Don't let the scale bring you down. So many reasons this could be as far as water retention, weighing at different times of day, etc. I also always go up a bit right before my monthly visitor. You could also be building muscle and that can affect weight.

    I bet the next weigh in you'll be down. I do hate when that happens though, but what I did was measurements when my weight was up and found that I lost inches. You may want to try that.

    I read that weight can normally fluctuate as much as 5 lbs in a single day! So don't worry too much about what the scale says. It could be water retention (that time of the month?) or maybe if you've been doing strengh training you might gain because muscle weighs more than fat but it also takes up less space and it's muscle you want to gain. Pay more attention to how you feel and how your clothes fit from day to day. Good luck! emoticon
