Check-In Before Weigh-In Tomorrow

I have had a good week regardless of how my weigh-in goes. Even though I have been high on calories my nutrition is good as well as veggies, water and EXERCISE! I exercised this week for the first time in at least a month. It felt SO good. I can't do as many minutes right now as I could when I stopped so I am building up slowly again.
I am proud of my progress this week because I am still experiencing a little bronchial irritation as well as a severe flare-up of another condition. Also, I lost my job. It was a difficult temporary position that was causing stress and contributing to my conditions SO I am happy.
Thanks to EVILKLOWN for the spreadsheet. I am using it and it helps. What a brilliant idea!
