Breakfast - Fiber One Cereal
Lunch - Home made chicken salad - romaine lettuce, baked breaded chicken breast, avocado, corn, chickpeas, one-fourth cup of cheese, sunflower seeds, croutons, two capfuls of Newman's Own Ceasar Light Dressing, and some red wine vinegar.
Snack - Yoplait Orange Cream and a 100 calorie pack of almonds
Dinner - Wheat tortilla, hummus, turkey, and tomato
Snack - Yoplait Apple Turnover and a cup of nonfat milk- I like the Boston Cream Pie better.
I went to the grocery store today and loaded up on Yoplait. I also got Pineapple Upside Down Cake to try. The Red Velvet Cake flavor was completely gone. I cannot wait to taste that because I am a huge red velvet cake gal. That cream cheese frosting is pretty fricken amazing!!
