Sunday Morning...

Good Morning!

Looks like a pleasant Sunday forecast and I've got no complaints about that, I'm really looking forward to the weather warming up.

Did my early morning walk, I'm not really sure what's going...but both of my calves are super tight, actually a little painful...kinda like they feel right before you get a cramp. They've both been that way since yesterday morning...my guess is that those muscles must have been doing alot of work during Friday's exercise...lots of walking and steps. I'm not dehydrated, so it's just muscle building I guess.

Cindy & I did a full circuit of errands yesterday, the bank, trader joe's, kohls, old navy...

We watched the Betty White SNL episode, which was really funny and then after dinner we watched the movie "the hangover"...so good to laugh for sure!

We've got some work to do this morning and just overall Sunday prepping for the coming week, tonight we are having home-made Indian food, spicy, spicy...

I've committed to meeting Annette at the Princeton Club this coming tuesday around 1pm for our first workout there, so mentally I'm geared up for that and overall going into this week...I'm feeling much more balanced and positive about me and my life.

So a little bit of a 'PUSH' week coming up, but I'm going to 'RESPOND WITH COURAGE" to my challenges today and tomorrow and maybe, just maybe...I'll continue becoming the man I really feel like inside.

    Yay! You are sounding great!

    I'm excited about the Princeton Club for you! This is going to be great because it will really increase the intensity of your training which in turn will increase your metabolism!

    I'm suspecting that the negative talk is going to kick in about Tuesday, but kick it to the curb because I promise you there are more people in your town, here on SparkPeople, and in general that want to support, cheer you on, and watch this happen for you then all the other crap our minds tells us!!

    Hi Ryan,

    It is so touching to see you go through the lows we all experience, but so invigorating to see how you are able to stay with yourself and eventually come out feeling good. Seems like that is just about the best life skill a person could have. So glad you're Sparking on all cylinders!!

    Good luck at the Princeton Club! (I'm assuming it's a gym?) Gyms can be really intimidating and hard on the self esteem. So make sure to build yourself up to it and keep some groovy mental vibes going while your there. I used to do classes at my gym which is filled with 90 pound college students. You just have to realize how brave and daring your being and it makes you feel better.

    Make sure to stretch after each time you walk. Use a towel for assistance if neccessary. "Hangover" was a good one!
