I vowed to come to the blog and type out everything I ate and as promised I am doing just that -
Breakfast - Thomas Everything Thin Bagel, eggbeaters, and a Morningstar Veggie Sausage - yummy!!
Lunch - Out for Chinese food where I had a chicken Lean Cuisine with brown rice and I only ate half the dish. I'll have the other half for lunch tomorrow.
Snack - Two individually wrapped pieces of taffy - we went to a candy store with the boys after lunch - When I got home a pack of 100 calorie mini fudge cookies and a glass of milk.
Dinner - Half a cucumber, some hummus, and a few tablespoons of cookies and cream ice cream.
Dinner got screwed up because the older one went to a friend's house for dinner, but refused to eat what they were having for dinner - RUDE - so instead of the original plan of going to Chipotle for dinner we had to pick him up early. Because of his inconsideration to his friend's family we decided not to go out to dinner and come home where he had to make his own dinner. Therefore, I munched on a cucumber and hummus and because the day was pretty minor in regards to eating I picked at the ice cream while standing at the kitchen counter.
...and there you have it! Although I'm HUNGRY right now I'm also pretty stoked that I got through this weekend with flying colors!! I can't wait for the morning to come so I can eat a huge breakfast!!
This worked well and kept me very accountable so I think I'll blog my food intake next weekend too!!
