That's what I just asked myself, and my answer... NOBODY! But I sure was perpetrating for a while, LOL!!!
Why do we fall into these cycles that we're familiar with, and allow it to happen? The first couple months of the year, I was seriously focused on my plan, and dropped any holiday weight I had gained. I also set an objective to drop those last 7-10 lbs. that would bring me to my ultimate goal. Then what happened? I got bored. Bored with posting to my food tracker, bored with posting to my fitness tracker, and bored with checking into Spark daily because I had no one to entertain me, but myself.
The good news? I've already developed wonderful habits that kept me sticking close to the nutrition plan, and only slightly tapered back my weekly fitness. So, I never gained back more than 1-2 lbs. Can I get a whoooo hooooo?!?!?!!!!!
So, I decided it's time to get back to business! I joined a new challenge team that is setting different weekly tasks, and that is incentive enough to keep me sparkin' regularly again. In addition, I started reading other sparkfriend's blogs and looking at pictures, and I can feel the warmth creeping up in me again... I LOVE THIS PLACE! I thrive on seeing other people's success and it motivates me not only to reach my goals, but to help others succeed too!
Who ya think you foolin', Reba? I know what's best for me, and although putting in the work (tracking and posting) can sometimes feel like a chore, it's worth it when I can see, feel, and hear about my results from others that ask - what are you doing to stay so fit? And my answer is - it's not what I do, but what I don't do - which is to quit!
