My glucose came in at 134 this morning, got my sit-ups and morning walk in right away...muggy out!
I'm feeling pretty good, a little more balanced and comfortable. I;ve got a plan for today and I'm going to bang it out. A little exercise early, healthy small meals, a little more exercise this afternoon....fish and salad for dinner.
I feel like alot the stormy weather I've been experiencing lately might be laying down for awhile, or atleast I'm feeling stronger and wiser...having hopefully learned alot and gained some much needed valuable lessons about me, about how I need and want to take care of myself in this life and how all of that is so connected to my health. Bring on the Pool!!!
Glad to see the guy from Chicago pulled a win on the Biggest Loser, he's a character huh?
It's interesting watching that show, bottomline great message overall about lessening the stigma and giving everyone atleast a small glimpse into the hope and possibilities for change. God Bless them all, but the pace is kinda scary and not for me and when I watch the show I obviously compare what they are doing on "the ranch" vs what I'm doing everyday at home for the last 8+ months....very similar in so many ways, but different too...more tortoise than hare I would say.
Cindy and I have 3 full sets of new keys, key rings, color coded...organized like adults. Just a couple of kids guessing and figuring it out as we go. My best friend she is....
