This week I need to drink my 8 glasses daily.

This week I want to walk around my house 6 times a day with my kids.

Keep a count of how much fat I eat daily.

Oh, this week starts on the 27th. Last two weeks not good. I have also changed my time to weight in . I now will weigh in the mornings.

Don't know if I will be able to check in everyday but will do my best to keep you updated.
