Eating Humble Pie

I just went through a week of reckoning. One thing I did was calculate how many calories I should be eating based on my actual lifestyle. User EVILKLOWN was exactly correct. I require 1700 calories a day to lose one pound of weight a week. I have fifty pounds to lose to get to my goal of 180 pounds. That should take me a year. At that rate I can still lose about 25 pounds before the end of this year.
Since what I was doing myself was working and then it stopped, I have decided to follow the Spark meal plan for awhile and see if I can learn something.
Thanks to everybody for their comments on my last blog! I took them to heart and my next plan will include paying close attention to sodium intake again.
