GOING TO THE POOL TODAY!!!
Bangin' out some work and then I'm going to walk over to the pool and doing my morning work out, intervals of jogging, side-steps, squats and hopefully just enjoy the fact that I could not do that for the last 2 summers.
I'm pretty stoked to be able to just observe how I do with my mobility and exercise in the water since I've re-gained so much more strength and fitness than I've had for a long time.
So that's it...that's my goal today and I'm going to give myself permission to enjoy it and not freak out with anxiety or pick myself apart if things don't go perfect.
