didn't do too well this weekend.....but....

Monday, May 31, 2010

We had a fabulous weekend away camping. The weather wasn't too bad, our grandaughter had a ball, and just an enjoyable weekend. Food wise I did not do so well, but not as bad as in past years. Our camping group has all been working on eating healthier, and there was definitely healthier food there, but portion control was just not there. I did drink my water and did a fair amount of walking. Back to day 3 of c25k week one tomorrow, and back to clean eating. Doubt there will be a loss this week, but hopefully not a gain.I have another busy week this week, but will try to keep the eating under control, and squeeze in some exercise when I can.

Glad to hear you had a great weekend with mostly great choices. Moving more and eating healthier are great steps forward. That everyone else around is looking for similar goals always helps. Even though portion control was not the best you got lots of great walking in. Hopefully they will offset.

Hope you have a great weigh in tomorrow, a great day today and a better day tomorrow!
