My DVD Challenge - WATP Walk and Sculpt 1 Mile

Yes, we are back with Leslie again today! Today’s DVD is Walk Away the Pounds Walk and Sculpt. This DVD came with the 2-1 pound balls I got from REI back in March.

This DVD turns out to be the exact same DVD that I reviewed on May 25, with the exception that this one only has the 1-3 Mile walks, and my other DVD has a 4 mile walk as well. Since there is no difference, you can read the first review if you are interested. This is a standard WATP workout, and I still love Leslie and her walking buddies.

I did not feel like doing this workout tonight. I walked 3 miles on the beach this morning and then took a nap this afternoon. My hips were so sore; I could not sleep very well. But in the interest of completing my DVD review project, I decided to do it, and I am so glad I did. It's so true that you do not regret the workouts you do, you regret the workouts you miss.

I stuck with the 1 Mile Walk. I think I will stay with the 1 Miles for a while longer. As Leslie says, I got a little boost, and my hips seem to feel somewhat better. Hopefully I will sleep well tonight.

Tomorrow I'm back to the pool in the morning. I hope and pray that the pool heater is working again. That cold water did not work well for me. I really need the stretching though and I'm looking forward to it.

    Thank you for taking the time and sharing your reviews of the DVD's. It certainly has helped me. I ordered some new Leslie and started back doing them.
