Loving the iPod

So I did W1 of the C25K program today for the first time because I realized that I did W3 on Wednesday--you know, my first run ever. This is because I am iPod-challenged. My iPod is actually a shuffle and it is an inch by two. I got bright lime green so I wouldn't accidentally stomp on it and recycle it.
I have 100 fitness minutes so far this week which is not quite where I want to be yet but I am working up to it slowly so I don't lose momentum. I have been concentrating on my calorie range since Tuesday and doing pretty well. I am aiming for 1700-1800 calories. Unfortunately, I had a week of living dangerously the week before so I am not going to be too upset that I am five pounds up. OK, maybe a little upset. However, I lost an inch on my waist between this month and last (42-41). My hips stayed at 50 so my new WH ratio is .82. I want a 35 in or less waist but I at least my ratio is getting close to the acceptable range (less than .8).
Drum roll, please...234.9. That's 3.3 pounds up. Well, it's not 5 so Woo Hoo! I'll have better luck next week!
