Cream of Wheat made with skim milk, banana, coffee with soy milk and Splenda
CALORIES 345, CARBS 72, FAT 2, PROTEIN 14

Lunch:

Brown rice with pinto beans, salsa, and shredded mozzarella
CALORIES 393, CARBS 63, FAT 7, PROTEIN 20

Dinner:
(Forgot to take a pic, oops!)
Tomato, basil, and mozzarella chicken sausage; Knorr Sides Plus cheddar rice, mixed frozen veggies
CALORIES 346, CARBS 46, FAT 10, PROTEIN 26

Snacks:
Wheat Thins and mini Babybel light cheese
Mixed fruit cup
100-cal. microwave kettle corn
Supplements
CALORIES 523, CARBS 85, FAT 15, PROTEIN 16

Totals:
CALORIES 1607, CARBS 266, FAT 33, PROTEIN 75

I was over on calories by 57, not a huge amount. I was really hungry at the end of the day and had that popcorn. Over on carbs by 30 and on the low ends for fat and protein, which may explain why I was so snacky!
