I need to get back into a consistent workout pattern! Today I did three separate workouts and that felt really good. I think I was so motivated because I know I have not been as consistent as I need to be. Trying some new activities will probably help too and that is so much easier now that the weather is so much nicer!

    Good luck with consistency. I think it's a tough thing to tackle too. Keep up with your workouts. I believe that we cannot achieve success without physical activity in our lives. Good luck and I'll be cheering you on. Did you exercise today?
