I ate well within range each day and exercised everyday but Tuesday including running, stretching, and stationary cycling. I gained five pounds this week and I am at a new all-time high. I am hurt and confused. This is a dark hour (literally, it is before 6 am). This reminds me of the time I was up late finishing a six-page paper. I was into it about four pages when my computer crashed. None of my work was saved and the computer was totally dead anyway--black screen. I lay down on my bed with my face in my pillow and I asked myself Is this it? Is this the day you fall down and give up? No.
Calmly, I got up and went to a 24 hour Kinko's and spent a lot of money on the by the minute computers as I re-created my paper from scratch and finished it. Perhaps it wasn't my finest work but in a sense it was one of my finest hours.
With that being said I am going to do my run this morning and keep tracking my nutrition with the range of 1450-1800 calories.
