I began week 2 today!
I am amazed with how much my body has already adapted to running. My legs, my lungs, my whole body has begun the transition to "not a runner" to "runner". Simply amazing!
Pre-run food: banana, blackberry Greek yogurt
Post-run food: 3 cherries, 6 strawberries, 8 raspberries (stopped at a market stand on the way home and got some unbelievably yummy fresh fruit!)
Total time = 39 minutes (includes stretching at the end)
Total distance = 1.75 miles
Workout consisted of = warm up walk / 6 sets of intervals of 90sec run & 2min walk / cool down walk
