GO is for cardio, get moving for every 10 min = 1 point max out at 20 points per day

U upper body exercises for every 10 rep = 1 point max out at 10 points per day

S stretching is so over looked. for every 10 min of stretching =5 points max out at 15 points per day

A aqua, drink your water for every 8oz. = 1 point max out at 10 points per day.

Challenge starts Friday July 2nd and goes through Tuesday July 5th.

Friday - GO = 12 U = 3 S = 2 A=10 Total 17 points

Sat. -GO - 6 U =3 S=5 A=10 Total 24 Points

Sun. Go = 6 U=3 S=4 A=8 Total 21 points

Mon. Go - 6 U=2 S=5 A=10 Total 23 Points

Tues. Go = 12 U=5 S=3 A = 10 Total 30 points

    I need to work on the water and getting more. The moving more is getting better but need to work on the strength training.

    My team's not so thrilled with the "Letter" challenges, so I went with a "Shake It Up" challenge. You're to do some activity that's new or you haven't done in quite a while. Anything counts. My teammates are coming up with some great old activities!!!!

    I've been doing this daily for the past 3 weeks. Thanks for the post. THis makes me realize that I'm doing the right things for my body at the right time. This blog hit the spot, on the dot! emoticon
